A Foundation for the Next 100 Years...
For FarmHouse International Fraternity and Foundation to continue to be Builders of Men in the 21st Century, to continue To Build the Leaders of Tomorrow, the Trustees of the FarmHouse Foundation have determined to take on the most ambitious fund-raising project in the history of the fraternity: a $4 million comprehensive campaign which will be the 100th Anniversary gift of the membership to the Fraternity on April 15, 2005.

The Fraternity has always been under capitalized. The Foundation was established back in the mid-60's to help address this, but it has only been in recent years that we've been able to begin to change the situation. We need to put a firm foundation under the excellent programs the Fraternity provides to about 1,350-1,450 of the nation's best undergraduate men each year.
Adding $4 million to the Foundation's current endowment (6 years ago it was $650,000) is definitely a challenge, but with your help and support it can be done!

The Campaign will provide the resources for FarmHouse Fraternity to continue to:
Build ethical, responsible leaders-
The FarmHouse Leadership Academy ($560,000)
The Regional Leadership Conferences ($300,000)
Chapter Consultation & Development Program ($120,000)
Build leaders who are good stewards of their own and other resources-
Personal and Chapter (Small Business)
Financial Management Workshops ($300,000)
Build leaders who are competent with today's technology-
Grants for computer acquisition, chapter house computer labs, and other technology ($1,120,000)
Build for the future-
Endowment to support the emerging and changing needs of FarmHouse Fraternity ($1,000,000)
An appropriate permanent Headquarters for FarmHouse International Fraternity ($600,000)
Cash and other gifts of current assets such as stock can be spread over 5 years. Appropriately documented deferred or planned gifts such as bequests, insurance policies, IRA's, charitable remainder trusts and gift annuities can also be a part of the Campaign. All gifts which will benefit all the chapters of the Fraternity will be a part of the Campaign, including those designated to support the participation of a specific chapter in the leadership training and other educational programs sponsored by FarmHouse International Fraternity. Gifts which are directed to the benefit of only one chapter, although welcome and appreciated, will not be counted as part of the Campaign.
