The Leadership Academy is a fully funded program for presidents, vice presidents of recruitment, vice presidents of finance, and directors of new member education. The Academy evolved from the former Presidents' Leadership Conference, which started in 1993. The Academy includes sessions on leadership, motivation, influencing others, parliamentary procedures, financial management, alumni development, membership education, strategic planning, risk management and scholarship programming. The Academy is held in Kansas City each year during the first week of January.

Regional Leadership Conferences
The Regional Leadership Conference (RLC) series of FarmHouse and Ceres Fraternities is an exciting leadership program geared toward all chapter members-officers, new members, future leaders and senior members. The RLCs feature a variety of programs that encompass both personal and professional skill development, in addition to providing educational sessions focusing on chapter health issues, recruitment and risk management. This highly interactive program consists of small group sessions, breakout discussions, problem-solving exercises, chapter development activities and much more. The Regional Leadership Conferences promote a better underst anding of others through communication, exchange of ideas, and activities between chapters. Four annual Regional Leadership Conferences are held each February.

Chapter Consultation Program
Fraternity staff and trained volunteers visit each chapter and colony every year and live in the chapter house for several days. These consultants meet with chapter officers and visit with members. They then make recommendations for improvement and provide support.

Conclave
Conclave is the biennial business meeting of the International Fraternity. Much of the focus of our biennial FarmHouse Conclaves is on leadership training and personal development. The International Board is elected, legislation is voted on, and other business matters are discussed during Conclave. The week also includes educational programs about everything from agriculture to risk management and career development. It is also a time for celebrating FarmHouse achievements. The Ruby Cup winner, the International Fraternity's Master Builder award and The Foundation's Philanthropy Laureate are announced during the week. Finally, it is a time to enjoy and celebrate the bonds of brotherhood with FarmHouse undergraduates and alumni from all over the globe. |
Computer Labs and Affiliated Technology for Chapter House
The Foundation grants money for chapters to purchase computer hardware and software for in-house computer labs. The money is also used for establishing and maintaining the hardwiring of chapter houses into their universities' computer systems.
