What is the Ruby Society?
        Giving holds the key to our future.

The Ruby Society is the FarmHouse Foundation’s exclusive giving society for undergraduates. It is designed to provide undergraduate members an opportunity to give to FarmHouse and ensure its future. We know finances are tight in college, but by making a small gift to join the Ruby Society – you, together with your brothers, can make a significant difference. We hope that FarmHouse has made a difference in your life and that you will, in return, want to give to the Foundation to support your brothers both now and in the future. And that’s what the Ruby Society is all about – beginning your own legacy of giving.

How can I help?
        Giving can change a brother’s life.

The Ruby Society provides critical funding for leadership books and online resources for all of the attendees at the Regional Leadership Conferences and Conclave. Your support can change a brother’s life through these leadership programs. This change can take place in many different ways. It might be a new insight or added confidence in a leadership position. It could come in the form of a new connection or friendship made during a conference break. Or it could just be a chance for him to learn something new about himself that will help him develop into a better man. No matter what form this change takes, it is bound to make a difference.

        Giving is believing in something larger than yourself.

Since its creation, undergraduates have given over $31,000 to support the RLC and Conclave leadership book series. In this time, thousands of undergraduate members have been directly impacted by the generosity of their brothers. Your $10 gift does make a difference. It shows that you value your FarmHouse experience and it shows your dedication to continue the FarmHouse legacy of giving and building men!

How do you benefit from membership in the Ruby Society?

The core benefit of membership in the Ruby Society is the opportunity to assist your brothers and continue the FarmHouse legacy of giving. Beyond this, membership in the Ruby Society also provides the following benefits:

An exclusive FarmHouse keychain—for members only.

• Recognition in FarmHouse publications such as the Foundation’s Annual Report and the Ruby Society website.
• Chapter recognition and awards for participating at the Leadership Academy, RLCs and Conclave.
• First time members receive a symbolic Foundation pin.

Does my chapter benefit from my gift?

Your chapter will be recognized for your gift and membership in the Ruby Society. Chapters are recognized at three different levels:

Gold – 100% participation

• 2 bonus points toward the Chapter Award of Excellence

Silver – 75% participation

• 2 bonus points toward the Chapter Award of Excellence

Bronze – 50% participation

• 1 bonus point toward the Chapter Award of Excellence

Chapters at these levels will also be recognized at the FarmHouse Leadership Academy with a plaque and in the Foundation’s Annual Report.

How do I get involved?
        Giving is a sacrifice.

It’s easy to join the Ruby Society. You can do it today by making a gift of $10. This is less than the cost of a fraternity t-shirt or a night out and it will enable your brothers attending the RLCs to become stronger leaders. To join, simply click on the “Join Today!” link at the top of this page. You can either send your gift via PayPal, print off the donor form and send it in with a check, or collect donations from your chapter members and send in one check.

Your membership will run from January 1 – December 31
