Scholarship Application

All applicants or nominees must be initiated members of FarmHouse Fraternity, enrolled at a university hosting a FarmHouse chapter, carrying a schedule typical for their classification, living in the chapter house if an undergraduate and space is available, or in the city where the university is located if a graduate student, and have a grade point average above or equal to the chapter's average. Recipients are expected to maintain the foregoing criteria for the academic year in which it is rewarded in order to receive the full scholarship.

Applications are to be submitted in the following format, but applicants are not confined to limiting their applications to the space provided on this application form.

5. Need Statement If the applicant/nominee has financial need or extenuating circumstances, which could prevent his continued enrollment, please include a statement describing these circumstances.

6. Mail to FH International at least three (3) and no more than five (5) LETTERS OF NOMINATION OR SUPPORT from at least one undergraduate and one alumnus member of the Fraternity (balance of letters may be from non-FarmHouse faculty, etc.), which address evidence of the applicant's/nominee's exemplary integrity, ethics, initiative and industry, service to others and career potential.

7. Application submission: Scholarship applications/nominations, letters of support and all other supporting materials must be submitted to the Fraternity/Foundation's International Headquarters bearing a postmark no later than June 1st. Please mail to:
