REGIONAL LEADERSHIP CONFERENCES
The Regional Leadership Conference (RLC) series of FarmHouse and Ceres Fraternities is an exciting leadership
program geared toward all chapter members - officers, new members, future leaders and senior members. The RLCs
feature a variety of programs that encompass both personal and professional skill development, in addition to providing educational sessions focusing on chapter health issues, recruitment and risk management. This highly‐interactive program consists of small group sessions, breakout discussions, problem-solving exercises, chapter development activities and much more. To register, complete this form and return to the FarmHouse International Office.
Registration deadlines:
- January 28 — Dallas, Texas
- February 4 — St. Louis, Missouri
- February 11 — Billings, Montana
- February 18 — Atlanta, Georgia
Registrations received after these dates will still be accepted, but are subject to a $30 late fee. Payment may be returned with the registration form or may be paid in‐person, on‐site during RLC check-in. Cancellations Cancellations or changes in registrant information must be made by contacting the International Office at 800-722-1905. Cancellations are accepted with a $70 cancellation fee up to 72 hours prior; no refunds will be granted for cancellations received less than 72 hours before the RLC.
Cost to Attend
The registration fee for each of the Regional Leadership Conferences is $170 per person (for chapters, alumni and advisors).
The conference fee includes two nights lodging, Friday night dinner, Saturday breakfast and lunch, refreshment breaks and all the conference materials.
Financial Assistance
Financial support to off-set attendance costs or scholarships are available for some chapters through their local FarmHouse Association or FarmHouse Foundation Council. Requests for such funding assistance should be directed through the chapter advisor, Association President or Foundation Council member. Decisions on resource allocations for RLC attendance is a local decision.
Reminders
- Registrants are reminded that in adherence to and compliance with the FarmHouse International policy, conferences are alcohol‐free. Alcohol may not be present or consumed during RLC events or in hotel rooms during the conference.
- School dress is appropriate attire for RLC. Caps/hats are not permitted indoors or during RLC activities.
- Tobacco product use during RLC activities is prohibited in common areas and meeting rooms of the hotel.
- Participants need to arrive no later than 5:30 p.m. on Friday evening in order to register for the weekend and to attend the Friday evening dinner (part of the registration fee). Should a chapter plan to arrive later than this, they must notify the International Office at least one‐week in advance.
- At the conclusion of programming on Saturday, attendees are on their own. The staff and volunteers however will work to coordinate a group social outing and dinner/evening of brotherhood for those chapters and men interested.
